Six details that keep cross-border access stable

From route scheduling to sign-up, each one maps to a real situation: peak hours, public networks, multiple devices, AI tools, streaming, and the cost of getting it wrong.

No drops at peak hours

Between 20:00 and 23:00 on weekdays, cross-border links are at their busiest, and ordinary exits tend to take longer paths and drop packets. VPNBN's IEPL dedicated lines run on separate channels, and relay routes switch to less loaded exits when congestion hits. Routes in the client are grouped by region — switching takes one tap, with no need to re-import your subscription. Watch 4K, join video calls or move large files at peak hours without waiting for the next day.

Bank-grade encryption

The link from client to exit node uses bank-grade encryption. An account needs only a username and password — no email address required, and no identity documents during sign-up. Payment is available via Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and order and subscription details appear only in the user panel after you log in. Refunds within 14 days need no reason: no questions asked and no extra proof required.

Unlimited devices

One subscription covers phones, computers and tablets at the same time, with no limit on the number of devices — no second purchase for a second device. Clients are available for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS and Linux; log in to the user panel to get your subscription and import it. Phone on the go, laptop at home: the same account moves between devices without repeated logins. For anyone running several devices at once, this matters more to long-term experience than the price per month.

Direct access to AI tools

Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are sensitive to exit IPs and long-lived connections: frequent route switching or heavily shared exits can cause failed logins or interrupted answers. International routes keep stable exits for AI tools, and the client's route grouping lets you pin the AI tools you use most to a single route.

Streaming access

Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, HBO Max and similar platforms serve different libraries depending on your exit region. The route table on the servers page lists which platforms each route supports, so you can pick straight from it; for 4K playback, choose lower-latency Asian nodes or routes marked as dedicated. One subscription signs in on multiple devices, so a phone and a computer can stream at the same time.

14-day no-questions-asked refund

A subscription is paid before it is used, so the cost of trying it out should be spelled out: a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. That is long enough to run through your own scenarios — peak-hour video, AI tools, file transfers, several devices online at once. Keep going if it fits; if not, submit a request in the user panel, no further explanation needed.

Routes come in three types: IEPL dedicated, relay and direct. Below are examples of commonly used routes; the full list is on the servers page.

What each route type is best for

IEPL dedicated

IEPL runs on carrier-grade point-to-point lines that do not pass through public exits, so link quality fluctuates least at peak hours — a good fit for long video calls, large uploads and anything that demands stability. Paired with dedicated lines, nearby cities such as Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul return shorter round trips and feel more responsive. Dedicated capacity is limited and can queue under extreme congestion, so relay routes are listed alongside them in the client as a fallback: if one does not work, switch to the other.

Relay routes

Relay routes connect first to a relay node, which forwards traffic to the final exit. Their strength is reach: the 110+ country coverage rests mainly on relays, and most common exits toward Europe and North America run through them. The trade-off is an extra hop, so operations that are extremely sensitive to round-trip time are slightly slower than on dedicated lines. Relay nodes are assigned dynamically by load, switching automatically to the less busy side under congestion — well suited to streaming, web services, and pinning AI tools to an exit in a specific region.

Direct routes

Direct routes connect straight from your location to the exit node — the shortest path and lowest overhead, suited to nearby regions or latency-sensitive work. Performance depends more on your local network: excellent when your broadband is stable, and jitter is amplified when it is not. Keep a direct route as a backup and switch to it manually when your main route congests; direct exits such as Zurich and Frankfurt suit account-related tasks that need a European exit.

How to choose a route

Pick the region by the service you want to reach, then pick a route type within that region. For Asian content, start with Hong Kong, Tokyo or Seoul; for European and US sites, use Los Angeles, Frankfurt or London; when you need a European exit for account-related tasks, a direct route such as Zurich is steadier. Every route in the client carries a region label — if you are unsure, connect to the first one in the list and adjust from there. The same route can behave differently on different ISPs, so if one underperforms on your broadband, another route in the same region usually fixes it.

Which plan to pick

If you use under 60GB a month — browsing, the occasional video, messaging — the ¥9.9 plan is enough. If you watch one or two hours of HD video a day with AI tools and cloud sync running alongside, the 250GB plan at ¥18 leaves more headroom and rarely runs tight at month end. If you download large files often, stream 4K for long stretches, or keep several devices online at home, choose the 500GB plan at ¥28. Data resets monthly on your activation date, so there is no calendar month to track; if you want to upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated over the remaining days rather than waiting for the period to end.

Data packs: use them up, they never expire

  • 300GB¥158
  • 1000GB¥358
  • 3000GB¥658

If your usage is irregular, data packs are an option: heavy use during a business trip or a holiday, buy one pack, use it up, buy another — no monthly charge like a subscription. Packs can be bought anytime in the user panel, last until used up, never expire, and are not voided at a deadline. Payment works the same as monthly plans: Alipay, WeChat and USDT.

WHY VPNBN

Why choose VPNBN

The specs here are ones you can check; anything that cannot be delivered is left out.

It is easy to fixate on the monthly price when choosing an acceleration service, but three things decide day-to-day experience: whether the route types cover your needs, how many devices one subscription supports, and whether you can get your money back if it does not fit. VPNBN states all three as facts you can check: routes come in three types — IEPL dedicated, relay and direct — each labelled on the servers page; one subscription covers unlimited devices, so a second device needs no second purchase; and a no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 14 days of the first payment.

On coverage, VPNBN offers 110+ countries / 210+ routes: Asia centres on Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore, while Europe and North America cover common exits such as Los Angeles, Frankfurt and London. Routes are grouped by region in the client, so there are no IPs or ports to memorise — tap a city name to switch. A region usually lists several routes, so if one disappoints, another in the same region is a click away, with no need to re-import the subscription.

Sign-up and payment are pared back too: no email address required — a username and password create the account; payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT; and subscription details, order history and client downloads all live in the user panel after login. Clients cover five platforms — Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux — and the same account moves between devices without reconfiguring anything.

Every figure on this page comes from a fixed parameter of the service: country coverage, route count, refund window and plan prices. Actual route status changes over time, and routes can be switched at any moment in the client — under congestion, changing route is usually faster than waiting. To find out whether it suits your situation, running your usual services through the 14-day refund window is the simplest test.
